I received more benefits from a few sessions with Elizabeth than I have in over 30 years of seeing an allopathic PCP. She helped me uncover how physical, mental, and environmental stressors were impacting me more than I realized.
Elizabeth’s calm, thoughtful approach provided me with actionable options, and I gained knowledge and insight that helped me prioritize my health. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found her!

I am currently mobile, meaning most of my 1:1 sessions will take place in your home.
Each session is deeply relaxing and non-invasive. I use gentle touch to assess and release areas of tension in the fascia. You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably as I work. Many clients describe feeling a sense of relief, lightness, or calm, both during and after the session.
The number of sessions depends on your unique needs and goals. Some clients experience significant relief after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing sessions to address deeper or chronic issues. We’ll discuss a plan that feels right for you.
Yes, CFT is a safe, supportive therapy for infants and children. Many parents seek CFT for newborns experiencing birth trauma, feeding difficulties, colic, or developmental concerns. For children, CFT can help with conditions like anxiety, ADHD, asthma, and scoliosis.
The fascia holds not only physical tension but also emotional stress and trauma. When we release restrictions in the fascia, we often experience relief from emotional burdens as well. CFT promotes a balanced nervous system, helping you feel calmer, more centered, and resilient.
There’s no special preparation required. Simply wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. During the session, all you need to do is relax and breathe. I’ll guide you through everything else.
Unlike deep tissue massage or chiropractic adjustments, CFT uses very light touch and focuses specifically on the fascia. This gentle approach allows the body to release restrictions naturally, addressing both physical and emotional aspects without force.
If you’re dealing with chronic pain, headaches, tension, anxiety, stress, or a feeling that your body is “stuck” or not functioning optimally, CFT may be a great fit. It’s also ideal for those who feel exhausted by conventional treatments and are looking for a more holistic, compassionate approach.
Having a dedicated person to hold space for you to feel seen, heard, and explore your wellness + life goals without judgement would be helpful for anyone.
